What kind of photovoltaic systems are there?
Basically, photovoltaic systems can be classified as follows:
- BIPV:
Modules are being attached to roof-tops or facades. By that, sealed surfaces can be deployed in an optimal way.
- Open-space systems:
Open space solar power plants are being used for the generation of power on an industrial scale. Those are aimed at investors and industrial customers. The surface is larger, and the systems are being anchored directly to the ground.
