Legal Basis:
Decree of July 10th, 2006 about feed-in conditions for solar energy

current regulation valid from 01/2010 until 01/2012
feed-in tariff:
Open-space installations are being promoted as follows:
- 31,4 ct/kWh in Central France
- 40 ct/kWh in Corsica, the overseas departments, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and Mayotte
- Open-space installations over 250 kWp are being paid between 31,4 und 37,7 ct/kWh, depending on the department
News:
Applications that have been submitted in the last quarter 2009 have to be submitted again to for the new regulation.
