Legal Basis:
Feed-in tariff law, following the German model. Additionally there are development schemes for the building of new solar installations.
Effective since:
2004, the feed-in tariff for PV installations has been updated at the end of October 2008.
Feed-in tariff:
Every kWh gererated from a solar installation is being refunded with 33€ct, the duration is limited to 20 years.
